    Life can be tough, and sometimes it can feel as if the storms may never pass, but you don’t have to face them alone. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed and it’s okay to reach out for help. That’s where I come in. No matter what challenges you are facing – stress, anxiety, grief, depression, or difficulties in your relationships – I’m here to offer you a safe and non-judgmental space for support. I believe therapy should be personalized to fit your unique needs, which is why I draw from a blend of approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy. In our sessions, we’ll cover everything from setting boundaries and improving communication, to building healthier relationships and understanding yourself and your emotions better. Together, we’ll dig into root causes, set achievable goals, and work on developing realistic coping strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges more effectively and cultivate a greater sense of well-being. I understand that everyone’s preferences and circumstances are different, which is why I offer both virtual and in-person sessions to accommodate your needs.
